Our naturopathic doctors support a wide range of concerns, including digestive health (IBS, SIBO, GERD), hormonal imbalances, fatigue, immune and autoimmune conditions, fertility, and stress. Whether it's gut health, hormone support, or something a little mysterious, we love a puzzle.
What happens at my first appointment?
You'll complete a personal health assessment online before your visit, so your ND can get a head start. Your first visit includes a full health checkup and a deep dive into your core concerns, so we can build the best plan for you.
What might my treatment plan include?
Your plan may combine any of the following: dietary recommendations, lifestyle changes, herbs, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, homeopathic remedies, or nutritional supplements, all tailored to you.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. While we're based in downtown Ottawa, we offer personalized virtual care appointments to support your journey across all of Ontario.
